August Campout with Archway Group
We were the last to arrive at Cedarbrook Campground. But it did not take long for the group to make us feel welcome. I was harassed about being a Cubs fan but in the end all was well because on that day the Cubs beat the Cardinals. After a meal of Tacos in a Bag (my first time eating them and it was great) we settled in for conversation and to watch the opening of the Olympics. Below is a picture of our rigs all parked together.
On Saturday morning we had breakfast of Belgian waffles and followed that with our monthly meeting. Cedarbrook provided us with the use of the building where we ate and held our meeting.
Saturday morning meeting.
Group picture taken by campground host. After the meeting Cindy and I left for Charleston to see Trevor because we were concerned about his shoulder. He had told me the night before that it had gone numb on him and he was to see the team doctors Saturday morning.

We got back in time for late dessert and spent the evening around a campfire.
After breakfast Sunday morning the group began to pull out and go their separate ways.
There are no pictures of the group eating dessert, because that would explain why most us us are carrying that spare tire around our bellies.
